General Informations

 

Contributions to ISEEE'2010 will be presented either as a lecture or as a dialogue form. A manuscript in both cases must be submitted in English for inclusion in the Symposium Proceedings. Acceptance of contributions will be based on the full paper.

Proceedings
All accepted papers will be published in the Symposium Proceeding Book with ISSN. Selected papers will be published in a special section of the Annals of the “Dunarea de Jos” Galati University, and in a special issue of Journal of Electrical Engineering: Theory and Applications (JEETA), HyperSciences_Publisher.
All accepted papers are proposed to be included in IEEEXplore

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

February 28:  Specials session proposals based on the set of the abstracts of the papers.

March 15:  Notification of special papers acceptance and further details.

June 13: Submission of full ordinary paper proposals (of 4 or 6 pages) as pdf or MS Word files

June 28 July 5: Notification of acceptance/rejection.

July 18 August 23:  Camera-ready version of the accepted papers and registration form.

Working Languages

The Symposium languages are English and Romanian

Social activities

The social activities will include: Welcome cocktail, Banquet, Trip on Danube.

  • Each paper must be registered by registering one of authors at least;
  • Each participant should register by sending the filled registration form and a copy of the payment form to: iseee@ugal.ro ;

    The fee covers a hardcopy of the proceedings, free access to the professional development tutorials, coffee and tea during the morning and afternoon breaks, lunches during the full symposium days, the social events for one person.

    The IEEE members will benefit from reduced registration fee.

    Conference registration fees will be reduced for IEEE members according to the following rule: 10% reduction of the conference fee

     Waiver of fees will be granted for unemployed IEEE members.  Reduced fees are taken into account for retired members, and for special registrants.

    Reduced fee for PhD and master students will be considered (10%), if they are the first authors and only for one paper. The additional paper will be with full fee payment.

  • The fee for SPECIAL SESSIONS is 400 RON (100 EUR). It covers an extended number of pages for each paper (up to 10 pages), special assistance from organizers, proceedings, CD-ROM, Lunch, Banquet, Coffee Breaks and social activities;
  • Based on request the fee could be reduced to a lower value.
